ORDERS

We aim to pack your order within 24-48 hours of receiving confirmation of purchase and payment.  We are a family

owned and operated business so this can change at times but we will inform you of any delays. 

Orders made over the weekend and during NZ public holidays will be packed and dispatched the following 

Monday (or next business day).

We ship your orders Monday to Friday.

Cut off for orders to be shipped the following business day is 5pm.

Our local courier picks up your packages approximately 11am each day.

NZ Post picks up our international packages approximately 11am each day.

We use NZ Post for our local orders  and offer a tracking service as well as having their  

Customer Services team to utilize in tracking your shipment if needed.

North Island - Free for orders over $85 (rural addresses have a surcharge)
South Island - Free for orders over $95 (rural addresses have a surcharge)

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING (we no longer offer DHL services to ship overseas due to rising costs)

AUSTRALIA

NZ Post tracked 2-7 BUSINESS days $NZ20. (ORDERS 2KG AND UNDER)

Additional charges for international orders

International orders may attract local customs taxes or duties on arrival to your country. These taxes/duties are required to be paid by the purchaser and are not the responsibility of Mia Belle Limited. No refunds will be issued for orders where tax/duties remain unpaid by the purchaser. Please check with your local Customs agency regarding the tax/duty likely to be charged prior to ordering.

My order is late?

Please understand that the estimated delivery times above are only estimates, and are not guaranteed. We recommend that customers order well in advance for situations where an order needs to arrive by a particular date. We do not accept responsibility or offer refunds for delays in delivery.

Do you deliver to a PO Box?

Please note WE DO NOT ACCEPT P.O BOXES as a delivery address. If you are using a P.O Box, please enter in your local post office address as you will be able to collect your package from their facility.

 

How can I track my order?

A tracking link will be emailed to you (check spam if you cannot locate it) from either one of our two shipping partners. Following your individual tracking link, you will have an available contact number for your local office to make any queries.

 

What if I am not home?

Contact the local customer services from one of our two shipping partners to make a change to your delivery method.

Mia Belle Limited is not responsible for the loss of parcels if the customer has created an Authority to Leave at the address which an order is delivered to. Please ensure your address details are correct as Mia Belle Limited takes no responsibility for deliveries which are made to addresses entered in error.
