This hair type does not need a shampoo at every wash. You can alternate a shampoo and no shampoo wash (co wash with a conditioner bar our curly locks hair masque).
Our shampoo and conditioner hair bars are formulated for low foam. The foam it does create is creamier and thicker than our other bars. The conditioner bar is formulated to weigh down and hydrate the locks.
For added hydration of your thick curly hair, we recommend using our hair masque treatment for thick hair on a regular basis. This is a rich conditioning treatment that you leave in your hair for 15-20 minutes, then rinse off. You may want to use this for every second wash, when you won't shampoo your hair, and just add the masque from mid to ends and rinse off thoroughly.
If you have specific scalp issues like dandruff or oily prone scalp, you may want to try our hair bars specifically for dandruff and oily prone scalp.
The ends of thick curly hair types are generally frizz-prone due the oil from the scalp having a harder time getting to the ends of the hair. Try our hair balm specifically formulated to help with this.
The organic oils and ratios of cleansing and conditioning ingredients have been specifically formulated for this hair type. Rich proteins that benefit hair health are the added actives.

To use: Apply the bar in circular motions onto wet hair to work up a lather. Massage into scalp and hair. Wash off thoroughly. To get the most washes out of your bars, air dry in between use on a soap dish on your bathroom windowsill. Lasts up to 100 washes.
