Do writing these come easy for me? Not all the time, and they require me to be in a peaceful head and heart space for inspiration to come. That way I am able to share authentically. Which brings me to the heart of the matter for today. ;)
Connecting with our heart. Taking the time to drop from our busy mind and connecting with our heart. Think about what activities helps to support you connecting with your heart space?
