Mindfulness with Cath - Giving yourself some grace



Welcome to Day 15 of 21 Mindfulness inspirations with Cath. I'm so happy you are reading this. Today let's focus on the word grace. I encourage you to take a few minutes to do the meditation at the end.


In a world that often demands perfection, grace reminds us to soften. It’s the quiet acceptance of our humanity, an invitation to let go of the need to have everything figured out. Grace allows us to show up as we are, offering ourselves compassion in moments of struggle.


Mindfulness Meditation:

Find a quiet space and sit comfortably. Close your eyes and take a deep breath, feeling the air fill your lungs. As you exhale, imagine releasing any tension or self-criticism. Visualize a gentle, warm light surrounding you, or something or someone that symbolizes grace to you. Let it flow through you, soothing and softening your thoughts. Repeat silently: I am enough, just as I am.
